I had my motorcycle dealer install ETC 2.0 onboard unit in my Kawasaki Ninja 250SL model year 2016. I chose to have the antenna unit mounted on the clutch lever holder using a genuine Kawasaki bracket so that its LEDs would be less noticeable.
The bracket, which is mounted on the clutch lever holder via dampers, supports the antenna unit on top and an ETC 2.0 indicator underneath. However, the indicator’s single LED does not provide much useful information.
The onboard unit is stored under the pillion seat without being fastened to the motorcycle because its bracket is designed for a different Kawasaki motorcycle model.
